All purchases made in biogrohair.com are subject to the following Terms and Conditions and the Law 7 / 1998 of April 13 on General Conditions of Contract. These sales are regulated by Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.

Any order made biogrohair.com necessarily as an essential, decisive and indispensable, the unqualified acceptance by the user of the General Conditions of Sale biogrohair.com force the day they perform the appropriate order. In addition, the user acknowledges acceptance of these conditions involve the application of the order to which they relate, and to any subsequent order, except for those cases in which new conditions are brought to its attention by biogrohair.com. The fact that online beauty products, do not resort at any time to any of these conditions can not be interpreted or equal to renounce recourse to them in the future or the past.

The use of the website do not carry mandatory registration of users, unless the user wishes to use the database of articles in biogrohair.com which will require you to register covers a basic form. This subscription is subject to the specific conditions.The conditions of access and use of this website is strictly governed by the law and the principle of good faith by committing the user to make good use of the web. Forbidden to commit acts that violate the law, rights or interests of others: the right to privacy, data protection, intellectual property etc.

BOOKING POLICY

We accept bookings via phone/email and online. Please note that we can only confirm bookings via the website. Creating a booking with BioGroHair® is accepting our terms & conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be aware that all the BioGroHAir® products are not refundable. If some products have been damaged during transport, simply send it back to us and we will replace the products. Before doing it, send an email to support[at]biogrohair.com to get an exchange coupon code and the address to send to product back to BioGroHAir®.

PAYMENT POLICY

The shipped products are not refundable

Please note that we require payments prior to receiving them.
We do not accept cheques or bank transfers, we accept all major credit & debit cards.

REVIEW POLICY and REPEAT PRESCRIPTION POLICY

To continue your treatment with BioGroHair®, you are required to complete an eligibility review with your doctor. This review is free and included in our order process. If your eligibility is not validated, you will receive an immediate refund, and no product will be shipped.

Different modes of payment:

When ordering, the customer can freely choose to pay your purchases in biogrohair products, online through:
- Credit Card.

The credit card fraud is a crime, this company will take legal action against any person making a fraudulent transaction in our online store.

For payments by credit card is debited by the TPV (Terminal Point of Sale), once it is established that the particulars given are correct. This guarantees the total confidentiality of bank data, which are transmitted directly.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

At BioGroHAir®, all of our patients and clients are treated with respect and courtesy. The same applies for our staff, we do not take kindly to any abuse and you will be asked to vacate the premises for rude and/or obnoxious behaviour.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

If you are not entirely satisfied, you can put your concerns in writing and call on our support team. They will do their best to resolve any complaints in a courteous manner.

PRODUCTS QUALITY

All our products are made in Europe and follow the rules of quality and good production practice in certified laboratories. All our ingredients are chosen from the finest natural elements.

Biogrohair products specifically prohibits the following:

- Perform actions that may damage the website or through it by any means, any damage to systems biogrohair.com or third parties.

- Without due authorization, any advertising or commercial information, directly or covertly, sending mass mailings (spamming) or sending large messages to block network servers ("mail bombing")

- Online beauty products can be interrupted at any time access to your site if it detects any use contrary to law, good faith or the general conditions.

For a child to make use of our services requires the consent of their parents, guardians or legal representatives. Minors' access to any service is the responsibility of parents, guardians or legal representatives.

User Registration:

If you choose to make a purchase, you must register if you have not already done so. Your data will be in the database, Biogrohair products and then you can access your account to make new purchases without having to register again. 

The user is responsible for the accuracy of their data, agreeing not to enter false data and to rectify them if necessary.

This is working if you process your order through the member area.

Prices:

The prices published for our online products are indicated in Euros, or in Pounds for the UK market  or in Dollars for the USA market, but only throught specific sales pages. Although they may also be displayed in other currencies for informational purposes and are valid except for typographical errors. Please note that exchange fees may apply if you pay in a currency other than Euros, in which case biogrohair.com will not be responsible for these fees. All prices include the applicable VAT as of the order date. Any changes in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of products sold on biogrohair.com.

The offers on products sold in biogrohair.com will appear in the "Offers" or indicate in the product details and, if not otherwise stated, are valid while displayed on the screen.

Product:

Tenders from Biogrohair are valid within the limits of available stocks. Biogrohair reserves the right to change the product mix according to the constraints imposed by its suppliers.

The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products offered for sale are only indicative and not binding in any way Biogrohair products seller.

Shipping:

Products purchased will be delivered to the person and address listed in the order.

By default, invoices will be sent to the email address specified by the customer when registering with Biogrohair.com and will be available for viewing / download in the customer's account (my order).

Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no way out and delivery orders.

However the delay does not imply or cancel the order or any compensation.

An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package or packages to the client and the signs the delivery receipt. The client must check the condition of the goods receipt and indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt of delivery.

Europe: 10 to 15 business days.

Brazil: 15 to 30 days depending on destination.

Other destinations: May vary by country (usually 15 to 45 days).

An order can only be refunded once the order has been returned or the transport company has confirmed the loss of the order.

Any error made by the user regarding their shipping information (such as the address, country, province, postal code, or recipient name) that results in the re-shipment of the package or a refund of the products will be the responsibility of the user. Additionally, if the order is returned because it was not picked up on time at the post office or the agreed-upon convenience point, only the amount corresponding to the products will be refunded, excluding the shipping cost. For international shipments, an additional charge of €4 will be applied for the return management.

If the package can not be delivered to the customer's home may be withdrawn from the Post Office in your area, check the information in your tracking number.

In international shipments (outside the EU) we mark the packages as "Gift", however we cannot guarantee that the package will not be retained at customs and may generate the corresponding taxes, in any case Biogrohair will not be responsible for these taxes.

Returns, refund and Cancellation Policies

If some products have been damaged during transport, simply send it back to us and we will replace the products. All costs to ship back the product have to be paid by the customer.

In all cases, returned products will be sent for destruction through existing integrated waste management systems. Before doing it, you have to send an email to support[at]biogrohair.com to get an exchange coupon code and the address to send the product back to BioGroHAir®.

Our policy, in compliance with current legislation, is to grant the right to return any item purchased Biogrohair within 7 days from the date of receipt. The return shipping costs are always at the customer's expense.

No need to provide any explanation, any item bought at Biogrohair, return in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition will be accepted without further.

In a period of 7 days of receipt of the return, Biogrohair is committed to a refund.

Before returning, you must notify the customer service department. 

If the reason for the return was that the returned item is defective or not consistent with that applied in the order, Biogrohair products, online bear the cost of the return and redelivery. If the reason for return is that the request is not satisfied, we will refund the amount but not shipping or return shipping charges.

No claims are admitted past 8 days after receipt of order.

Cancellation of order:

If the order is cancelled before shipment, no additional costs will be applied and the order will be refunded as soon as possible. If the cancellation is made after the order has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the return of the order and the shipping costs involved.
